How to Use
- Hold the end of the tube firmly in one hand and extend your arm and tube straight upward above your head to the 12:00 position.
- Bring your forearm back behind you to the 3 o’clock position.
- Quickly return your arm to the 12:00 position flicking the wrist at the same time releasing all the streamers.

Having grown up in Seattle with serious scientific, academic parents, Judy Walker loved putting on carnivals in her backyard and creating fun activities for the neighborhood kids.
