How To Use
For drier lips, prep & prime with a hydrating moisturizer for easier application.
- For dry lips, prep and prime with a hydrating moisturizer for easier application.
- Using the lip applicator, your fingertips or makeup brush, apply the lip powder directly onto your lips, cheeks or eyes.
- Once friction is applied, the powder will dissolve into a gorgeous long-lasting tint.
