How to Use

- Moisturizing Heel Socks Place Moisturizing Heel Socks on clean, dry feet. Adjust the socks so that the gel lining is over your heels. Wear for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight for maximum efficacy. For added benefits, apply Solemate Heel Repair Balm to your feet before putting the socks on. With clean hands, remove the socks. Hand wash to reuse up to 50 times.
