How To Use

Soak a cotton pad with Sébium H2O
Gently cleanse and/or remove makeup from your face and eyes
For longwear or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad sit on eyelids for a few seconds
Don't forget the neck area
No rinsing required
Follow with your favorite moisturizer
