A three-flavour citrus kit designed for brunch. Shimmer Orange delivers a classic mimosa with natural orange flavour and a pearlescent finish. Shimmer Grapefruit brings tart, grown-up citrus with soft blush colouring from fruit and vegetable juice. Shimmer Lemon is clean and bright with lemon-oil flavour and turmeric for golden colour. Each cube carries a mica-based pearlescent shimmer.

Drop two or more cubes into a flute, using the same or mixed flavours. Pour 4oz of champagne or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir for immediate flavour, or let it slowly dissolve and fizz over multiple pours.

Shimmer Orange, Shimmer Grapefruit, and Shimmer Lemon, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas. Approximately 16 calories and 4 carbs per cube, less than a teaspoon of sugar. Non-alcoholic; champagne or sparkling wine is added separately. Naturally flavoured.
