The green apple candy edge over caramel warmth, finished with a rim that gives the glass its Halloween look. Tart green apple sits on top, salted caramel with fleur de sel fills the middle, and the drink rimmer finishes the glass.

Rim a martini glass with the drink rimmer. Drop one tart green apple cube and one salted caramel cube into a cocktail shaker, saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds, and muddle until syrupy. Shake with 2oz of vodka and ice, then strain into the rimmed glass straight up.

Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube: one tube of tart green apple, one of salted caramel, and one drink rimmer tube. Twelve martini cubes in all, enough for six martinis. Approximately 16 calories and 4 carbs per cube, less than a teaspoon of sugar. Non-alcoholic; vodka is added separately. Naturally flavoured.
